List of Students Assigned for Move-In to the Postgraduate Dormitory Ljubljana
Based on the fulfilment of the residence conditions set out in the Rules on Accommodation in the public institution Student Dormitory Ljubljana – Postgraduate Dormitory Ljubljana, you have received a Notice of Assignment for Move-In from the DPL Admission Office.
You are invited to move in on the date and at the time indicated in the table “Assigned for Move-In to ŠDL DPL on 1 December 2025 and 2 December 2025” (please search for your application number).
The move-in procedure is carried out at the DPL Admission Office, Gosarjeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana.
When moving in, you must present a valid personal identification document.
Move-in procedure:
signing the accommodation contract (the contract and all accompanying documentation will be sent to your email address after signing),
receiving your room from the dormitory caretaker, where you can also collect bedding,
the first monthly accommodation fee will be charged at the time of signing the contract and must be paid based on the invoice that will be delivered to you afterwards.
If you do not arrive for move-in within the time stated in this notice, we cannot guarantee a later move-in date. In the case of justified and verifiable reasons that prevent you from moving in within the stated period, you must inform the DPL Admission Office in writing at: infodpl@sdl.si.
