List of Students Assigned for Move-In to the Postgraduate Dormitory Ljubljana according to 3rd priority list

List of students assigned to move in after the publication of the 3rd priority list, to the Postgraduate Student Dormitory Ljubljana, dated 17 March 2026.

Based on meeting the accommodation requirements defined in the Rules on Accommodation of the public institution Student Dormitory Ljubljana – Postgraduate Dormitory Ljubljana, you have received a Notification of Assignment for Move-in from the DPL reception office.

You are invited to move in on the date and time specified in the table “Assigned for Move-in to ŠDL DPL” on 17 March 2026 (please find yourself using your application number).

The move-in procedure must be completed at the DPL Reception Office, Gosarjeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana.

When moving in, you must present a personal identification document.

Move-in procedure:

  • signing the accommodation contract (the contract and other documentation will be sent to your email address after signing),
  • collecting the room from the dormitory caretaker, from whom you can also obtain bed linen,
  • the first rent will be charged at the time of signing the contract, and you will pay it based on an invoice sent afterwards.

LIST:

If you do not appear for move-in within the time specified in this notice, we cannot guarantee a later move-in.
In case of justified and provable reasons preventing you from moving in within the specified period, you must inform the DPL reception office in writing via email at infodpl@sdl.si.
