List of students referred for move‑in, following the publication of the 5th priority list, to the Postgraduate Student Residence Ljubljana (Dom podiplomcev Ljubljana – DPL) as of 5 May 2026.

Based on meeting the accommodation requirements set out in the Rules on Accommodation in the public institution Študentski dom Ljubljana – Dom podiplomcev Ljubljana, you have received a Notice of Referral for Move‑In from the DPL reception office.

You are invited to move in on the date and at the time indicated in the table Referred for Move‑In to ŠDL DPL on 5 May 2026 (find your entry by your application number).

The move‑in procedure is carried out at the DPL Reception Office, Gosarjeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana. You must present a personal identification document upon move‑in.

Move‑in procedure:

• signing the accommodation contract (the contract and other documentation will be sent to your email after signing),

• collecting your room key from the residence caretaker, where you can also pick up bedding,

• the first month’s rent will be charged upon signing the contract and paid based on an invoice delivered afterwards.

If you do not arrive for move‑in within the time specified in this notice, we cannot guarantee a later move‑in date. In the case of justified and documented reasons preventing you from moving in within the specified period, you must inform the DPL reception office in writing at infodpl@sdl.si.
