New rules on accommodation in the public institution “Student Dormitory Ljubljana -Dormitory for Postgraduates Ljubljana”

Please be informed that on 28 July 2025 new RULES on accommodation in the public institution “Student Dormitory Ljubljana - Dormitory for Postgraduates Ljubljana” were adopted.

1. The essential novelties in the Rules that will affect the Public tender for young researchers an RS scholarship holders in the academic year 2025/2026 are:

• The call will be published no later than 1 September 2025.
• The criteria for young researchers and fellows are:
• outstanding performance and extracurricular activities; up to 66 points,
• the student’s specific social, health and other circumstances: up to 27 points,
• an additional ranking criterion: 7 points.
• All other users pay a fee that in price list is called “cena bivanja” for their stay (Article 26 of the Founding Decision).
• We will keep you informed of any new developments related to the call, in particular at the time of the call itself, which is expected to be on 1 September 2025.

1. Other innovations concern the definition of the category “other users” and the inclusion in the Annual Allocation Plan.
2. The Rules have entered into force on 29 July 2025.
