Notice of price increase in the Dormitory for post graduate students from 1. 7. 2025

We would like to inform you that on 27 May 2025, the Council of the Public Institution Student Dormitory Ljubljana adopted new price lists for the Dormitory for postgraduate students:

1. The price list for accommodation in the Dormitory for postgraduate students, which will enter into force on 1 July 2025, for other users (doctoral students who are employed as young researchers, doctoral students who are scholarship recipients and visiting university teachers, colleagues and researchers) brings a 7.7% increase in prices, mainly due to higher costs of work, energy, goods and services, ongoing maintenance of facilities and higher costs of compensation for building land. The increase in the price of accommodation by 7.7% thus represents the alignment of prices with the actual increase in costs and as such is necessary.

2. Price list of economic and market prices of the Dormitory for postgraduate students, where a 7.7% increase in all costs was considered as a starting point, as well as comparable prices on the market with gradual adjustment.
