Report on the Opening of Applications Received for the Public Call for Admission and Extension of Stay of Young Researchers and Scholarship Holders in the Public Institution Student Dormitory Ljubljana – Postgraduate Home Ljubljana for the 2025/2026 Acade

Dear Sir or Madam,

At its 2nd meeting on 3 November 2025, the Admissions Committee reviewed the applications for admission and extension of stay in the Student Dormitory Ljubljana – Postgraduate Home Ljubljana, which were submitted by 15 October 2025.

In accordance with the annual distribution plan for the 2025/2026 academic year, a total of 123 residential units – studios are available at the DPL for student accommodation (for admission and extension).

By 15 October 2025, we received a total of 153 applications, of which:

• 98 applications were for an extension of stay, and
• 55 applications were for new admission.

Currently, all applications are still in the official verification of data and completion of incomplete applications.

We will provide new information on the status of received applications as soon as we receive the data from the official records that ŠDL DPL checks as part of its official duties.

The first priority list will be published by the end of November 2025, when the decisions and invitations for move-in will also be sent out.
